Britannia Industries Ltd Announces Re-Appointment of Mr. N. Venkataraman as Whole-Time Director and Elevation of Mr. Ramamurthy Jayaraman

Britannia Industries Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. N. Venkataraman as the Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for a term of 4 years, subject to the approval of Members of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Ramamurthy Jayaraman, who was the General Manager – Corporate Finance, has been elevated to Vice President – Corporate Finance of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2026.
