Nimbus Projects Ltd Partner, Nimbus Propmart Private Ltd, to Sell Stakes to Company's Managing Director

Nimbus Projects Limited and Nimbus Propmart Private Limited (NPPL) are partners in three partnership firms. NPPL, a group company and the other partner in the partnership firms, has decided to sell its partnership stakes to Mr. Bipin Agarwal, Managing Director and promoter of the Company. This will result in NPPL retiring from the partnership firms and Mr. Bipin Agarwal being inducted as a partner. The capital contribution held by the Company in these firms will remain unchanged. This transaction will not affect the control, management, or financial position of the Company.
