BJ Duplex Boards Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 08/04/2026. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the proposal for the issuance of one or more instruments including equity shares/convertible securities either by way of Preferential Issue/Rights Issue/or any other mode. The pricing and other modalities will also be determined in this meeting. This notice comes after the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s code of conduct.
