Camlin Fine Sciences Promoter Pledges 0.34% Equity for Margin Call

Mr. Ashish Subhash Dandekar, a promoter of Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd, has created a pledge on 6,50,000 equity shares of the company on March 30, 2026. This pledge represents 0.34% of the total share capital and was made as an additional margin to cover a shortfall in security for financial assistance obtained by Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd. The shares, valued at ₹6,30,04,500 on the date of the event, were pledged in favor of Ashika Credit Capital Limited. Following this transaction, the total encumbered shares by Mr. Dandekar now amount to 1,53,00,000 shares, which constitutes 7.96% of the total share capital and 77.36% of his total promoter shareholding.
