Isisales India Pvt Ltd and other promoter group have made acquisitions in India Homes Ltd. The total shares acquired by the promoter group amounted to 35.778%, which included shares with voting rights, voting rights otherwise than by shares, warrants, convertible securities, and any other instrument that entitles the acquirer to receive shares carrying voting rights in the Target Company (TC).
