CSB Bank Ltd. to Approve Q4 and FY26 Audited Financial Results on May 4, 2026

CSB Bank Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 4, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The audited financial results, along with the audit report, will be submitted in accordance with Regulation 33(3) of the Listing Regulations. The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from April 1, 2026, to May 6, 2026, in line with the Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy.
