Ashiana Housing Ltd. Achieves Highest Ever Annual Sales of INR 2,421.13 Crores in FY'26

Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced its revised operational update for Q4 FY'26 and FY'26. The company reported an inadvertent error in the earlier communication regarding sales value and the heading of column No. 3. These errors have been rectified in the current communication. The company has achieved its highest ever annual sales of INR 2,421.13 Crores in FY'26, a significant increase from INR 1,936.75 Crores in FY'25. The sales value of the area booked in 'Senior Living' stood at INR 570.15 Crores in FY'26, the highest ever recorded by the company. A total of 665 units were booked in Q4 FY'26, compared to 357 units in Q3 FY'26 and 597 units in Q4 FY'25. The company launched 849 units in Q4 FY'26, of which 394 units were sold, generating a value of area sold of INR 1,018.70 crore. The higher sales in Q4 FY'26 can be attributed to the launch of Aaroham Phase-I and Phase-II in Gurugram. The company also commenced handover for Ashiana Shubham Phase-V in Chennai and Ashiana Ekansh Phase -II in Jaipur in Q4 FY'26.
