Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust appoints Vijayanand Semletty as Additional Director

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (Anzen) has announced the appointment of Mr. Vijayanand Semletty as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) to its Investment Manager, EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited (formerly Edelweiss Real Assets Managers Limited). The appointment, effective April 10, 2026, was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, aligning with InvIT Regulations. Mr. Semletty brings over 25 years of experience in the power sector, including business development, commercial & regulatory, asset management, power plant operations, transmission, and distribution. His previous associations include Tata Power, Reliance Infra, and CLP India before joining EAAA in 2018. He holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
