Trading Window Closure Announced by Foundry Fuel Products Ltd for Quarter and Financial Year Ending on 31st March, 2026

Foundry Fuel Products Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the same period will be informed in due course.
