CIE Automotive India Ltd Announces 27th AGM Through Video Conference on April 29, 2026

CIE Automotive India Ltd, a leading company in the automotive industry, has announced that its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 29th April, 2026 at 03:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company situated at G Block, Bhosari Industrial Estate, Near BSNL office, Bhosari, Pune - 411026 which shall be the deemed Venue of the AGM. All the Members holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026 will be able to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM platform provided by KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company. The Company has also submitted the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31st December, 2025 which inter alia comprises the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st December, 2025 and Report of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon, Report on Corporate Governance, Management Discussion and Analysis Report and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report.
