Emmsons International Ltd Shareholders Confirm No Encumbrance in FY 2025-2026

In accordance with Regulation 31(4) of SEBI SAST Regulations 2011, Anil Kumar Monga, Renu Monga, Rajesh Monga, and Poonam Monga, all promoters of Emmsons International Ltd, have declared that neither they nor any persons acting in concert have made any encumbrance over their shares in the company during the financial year ended on March 31, 2026. This declaration includes shares held directly or indirectly. The declarations were sent to the Audit Committee and the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Emmsons International Ltd, New Delhi.
