Coforge Ltd Scheme of Amalgamation Order Reserved by NCLT

Coforge Ltd has announced that the order in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Cigniti Technologies Limited with and into Coforge Limited has been reserved for formal pronouncement by the Hon’ble NCLT. The Statutory Authorities have recorded their no-objection to the sanctioning of the Scheme. The company will further notify the Stock Exchanges and make the information available on the Company's website upon receipt of the copy of Hon’ble NCLT order.
