It further clarified that the observed price movement is purely due to market conditions and speculative in nature, over which the management has no control. The company also confirmed that its promoters and Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) have not dealt with any company securities recently and reiterated its commitment to inform stock exchanges about any price-sensitive information.
