Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 along with other matters. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the information to the stock exchange. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately.
