Accel Limited Settles Outstanding SOP Fines Totaling Rs. 4,94,182/-

Accel Limited has informed about the Board's comments on the fine levied by BSE. The fine was imposed under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for various periods of non-compliance in filing disclosures from March 2016. The Board discussed the matter and noted that the non-compliances were due to procedural lapses in earlier years. The Company has now settled all outstanding SOP fines totaling Rs. 4,94,182/-. The Board has directed the Management and Compliance team to ensure strict and timely compliance with all applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 going forward.
