Waa Solar Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives will be closed from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the aforementioned period. This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019·20 dated April 2, 2019 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
