RITES Ltd Announces Changes in Senior Management: Mrs. Shobhana Palli Transferred, Colonel Mahesh Narayan Included

RITES Ltd has announced changes in its senior management pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mrs. Shobhana Palli, GGM/Civil & Regional Head- SRPO, has been transferred and posted under RI Vertical, Gurgaon (Shikhar) and taken over charge as Vertical Head/ RI & Metro. Colonel Mahesh Narayan, GGM/ Civil, has been transferred from RI Vertical, Gurgaon to SRPO/ Bangalore and has taken over the charge of Regional Head, Southern Region Project Office (SRPO), and is therefore included in the Senior Management of the Company. Mrs. Shobhana Palli has over 31 years of professional experience and Colonel Mahesh Narayan is a veteran infrastructure strategist with over 30 years of experience.
