The Promoter Group, which includes Vectra Investment Private Limited and AAA Rotor Limited, holds collectively 1,05,00,000 shares of Global Vectra Helicorp Limited as on 31st March, 2025. No encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, has been made during the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The disclosure also includes the shareholding details of AAA Rotor Limited, a member of the Promoter Group.
