Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd: Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay Appoints Sole Arbitrator in Commercial Arbitration Petition

Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd has informed the Stock Exchanges about the filing of a Commercial Arbitration Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay by Neomile Corporate Advisory Limited. The Petition has been disposed of and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nitin Jamdar (Former Chief Justice, Kerala High Court) has been appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. The dispute is in relation to alleged advisory services in connection with the Initial Public Offering of the Company. There is no financial implication at this stage. Dr. Manika Khanna, Chairperson and Managing Director and Promoter of the Company is also a party to the Arbitration Proceedings.
