Golden Legand Leasing & finance Ltd: Appointment of New CEO & Directors, Committee Reconstitution

Golden Legand Leasing & finance Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jaspal Singh Sidhu as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and two new directors, Mr. Ajeet Singh Rathore and Mr. Hemendra Sharma, at the board meeting held on March 30, 2026. Mr. Sidhu, aged 42, has over 15 years of experience in manpower management and business operations. He has been serving as the Managing Director of Chandar Logistics and Trading Company (India) Private Limited since 2008 and has been associated with the Company as an Executive Director since December 5, 2024. Mr. Rathore and Mr. Sharma have been appointed for their first and second terms of 5 consecutive years, respectively. The board also approved the re-constitution of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
