IFL Enterprises Ltd announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on April 9, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Jashvantbhai Shukla as Executive Director and Ms. Vaishali Sandeepkumar Patil as Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The meeting also appointed Mrs. Vishakha Agrawal as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot by means of e-voting. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote by electronic means is April 10, 2026.
