According to a disclosure under Regulation 31(4) and 31(5) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, the President of India, the promoter of Central Bank of India, held 8080391687 (89.27%) equity shares of the Bank as of March 31, 2026. The promoter, along with persons acting in concert, did not make any encumbrances directly or indirectly during the financial year 2025-26.
