Choice International Ltd Acquires 100% Stake in Optimo Investment Adviser Private Limited

Choice International Limited has entered into an arrangement for the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Optimo Investment Adviser Private Limited. Upon receipt of approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Optimo will be known as ‘Choice Unified Services Private Limited’ or such other name as may be approved. The Company proposes to alter the object clause of Optimo in line with its proposed business activities. This acquisition is intended to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and support group-wide activities.
