Godrej Agrovet Ltd to Approve Q4 and FY 2025-2026 Financial Results on April 30, 2026

Godrej Agrovet Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 30, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results will be reviewed by the Audit Committee prior to the meeting. The Board will also consider the recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
