Gujarat Peanut And Agri Products Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities (as amended) is also being followed. The trading window closure applies to Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
