Liberty Shoes Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and persons mentioned in the Company's Code, effective from April 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the regulations under reference and clarification given by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
