Elpro International Ltd Closes Trading Window Until After Q1 2026 Financial Results

Elpro International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of Trading by Insiders. The trading window will remain closed from the start of trading hours of April 1, 2026, and will open after 48 hours of the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated separately. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
