GACM Technologies Ltd. to Raise Funds: Board Meeting Scheduled for April 7, 2026

GACM Technologies Ltd. has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on April 7, 2026. The agenda includes considering and approving the proposal of raising funds through issuance of equity shares, convertible bonds, debentures, warrants, preference shares, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), or any other equity linked securities. The company also plans to convene an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) to seek approval of the shareholders for the aforesaid proposal of fund raising. The trading window for dealing into securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the audited financial results for the F.Y ended 31st March, 2026.
