Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has confirmed that it has been making prompt disclosure of all events or information that have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company. This includes all price sensitive information within the stipulated timelines as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that the spurt in volume of their scrip / increase in the share price is purely market-driven.
