SBI Mutual Fund, under its various schemes including Investment Strategy under Magnum SIF, has acquired 57,92,485 shares of Powerica Ltd on April 02, 2026. This acquisition has resulted in SBI Mutual Fund holding 4.5772% of the voting rights in the company. The acquisition was made through an Initial Public Offer.
