Blue Dart: Prakash Apte resigns as Chairman & Independent Director

Mr. Prakash Apte, Chairman and Independent Director of Blue Dart Express Ltd., has tendered his resignation due to health reasons, effective from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled on April 13, 2026. As a result, he will also cease to be the Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee, and a Member of the NRC, Risk Management Committee, CSR Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The company's Board of Directors has placed on record its appreciation for Mr. Apte's valuable contributions during his tenure. Mr. Apte confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated.
