GPT-SMC JV Wins Arbitration Case Against KMC, Entitled to Rs. 3.89 Crores

GPT Infraprojects Ltd announced that the GPT-SMC JV has been awarded an amount of Rs. 3.89 Crores by the Sole Arbitrator, Justice Retired Mr. Shahidullah Munshi, in an arbitration proceeding against Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC). The arbitration was for the Construction of Jetty and Raw Water Pumping Station at Ma-Er Ghat (Baghbazar) for Dhapa Water Treatment Plant. The award has no negative impact on the financial position of the listed entity.
