Promoters of Lee & Nee Softwares Exports Ltd Hold 69.78% Shares as of March 31, 2026

According to a disclosure under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Arpita Gupta on behalf of promoters and promoter group declared that promoters along with persons acting in concert held 38,917,885 shares (69.78%) of Lee & Nee Softwares Exports Limited as of March 31, 2026. It was also declared that no encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, was made during the financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
