Aerolloy Technologies Completes Installation of Advanced Forging System for Aerospace-Grade Materials

Aerolloy Technologies, a subsidiary of PTC Industries, has completed the installation and successful trials of a 4500/5100 Tonne Intelligent Open Die Forging System at the Strategic Materials Technology Complex in Lucknow. This transformational addition to their manufacturing ecosystem enables the production of critical components for next-generation aeroengines, defence platforms, space systems, and industrial gas turbines. The system is capable of forging Titanium, Superalloys, and a wide range of advanced high-performance alloys, strengthening India's self-reliance in critical forged aerospace materials and reducing dependence on imports.
