Asahi India Glass Ltd Completes 30% Stake Sale in TGPEL Precision Engineering Ltd

Asahi India Glass Ltd (AIS) has completed the sale of its 30% stake in TGPEL Precision Engineering Ltd (TGPEL) to SPR Engenious Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited. The sale was conducted in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on December 10, 2024. Post-transaction, TGPEL has ceased to be an Associate Company of AIS.
