Aurionpro Solutions Acquires Fenixys SAS and Increases Stake in Lithasa Technologies

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd. announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Fenixys SAS, a Paris-based consulting firm, through its Singapore subsidiary. The company generated €8 million in revenue for FY 2024. Additionally, Aurionpro will acquire further equity stake in Lithasa Technologies Private Limited (Arya.ai) through a share swap.
