Adani Green Energy Ltd. Announces EGM for Material Related Party Transactions in FY 2025-26

Adani Green Energy Ltd. has called for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 23, 2025, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting aims to consider and approve the material related party transaction(s) proposed to be entered into by the Company during the FY 2025-26 with Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The EGM is in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

• Adani Green Energy Ltd. has called for an EGM on May 23, 2025, through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means.
• The EGM aims to consider and approve the material related party transaction(s) proposed to be entered into by the Company during the FY 2025-26 with Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.
• The EGM is in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
• The EGM is being held in accordance with the Circulars through VC, without the physical presence of Members at a common venue.
• The facility for the appointment of proxies by the Members will not be available for the EGM.
