Alkem Laboratories Completes Sale and Transfer of Manufacturing Facility to Rubicon Research

Alkem Laboratories Ltd has completed the sale and transfer of its manufacturing facility situated at Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India to M/s. Rubicon Research Limited. The sale was initially expected to be completed by 5th June 2025 but was extended to 15th July 2025. The transaction was carried out in accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement dated 6th January 2025.
