Avantel Subsidiary iMeds to Launch Medical Solutions Facility in Andhra Pradesh

Avantel Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, iMeds Global Private Limited, has established a Design, Development, and Manufacturing facility for Medical Products at Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), Visakhapatnam. The 2-acre facility, with a built-up area of approximately 25,000 sq. ft., is equipped with clean rooms, assembly, and testing infrastructure for manufacturing medical products and is scheduled to become operational from June 15, 2025. This initiative marks a strategic step in Avantel’s diversification into the healthcare technology domain, aligning with the Make in India initiative and focusing on enhancing patient care through advanced technologies.
