Promoter of Bartronics India Limited Sells Shares through OFS, Reducing Shareholding to 75%

Bartronics India Limited has announced that Kinex India Private Limited, one of its promoters, has sold 1,91,57,519 equity shares of the company through an Offer for Sale (OFS) mechanism. The shares were sold during January 14-15, 2025, through the Stock Exchange Mechanism in BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This sale has reduced the shareholding of the promoter and promoter group from 81.29% to 75% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company, thereby making the company compliant with the minimum public shareholding requirements.
