Century Enka Ltd. Receives Permission to Resume Operations After Fire Incident

Century Enka Ltd. has received permission from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board to resume operations at the NFY Spinning Plant Unit-Rajashree Polyfil. This comes after the company paid an interim Fire Accident Environment Compensation of Rs. 36,00,000 and submitted a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 2,50,000 as directed. The company will commence operations in a phased manner.
