Coforge Ltd Receives Merger Approval from Regional Director for Entity Simplification Strategy

Coforge Ltd has received approval from the Regional Director of South East Region for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries Coforge Services Limited (CSL), Coforge SmartServe Limited (CSSL), and Coforge SF Private Limited (SF) into Coforge DPA Private Limited. The merger is part of the company's entity simplification strategy to achieve operational efficiency. The appointed date of the scheme is April 01, 2024, and the scheme will be effective upon filing of the certified copy of the order of Regional Director under Section 233 and other applicable provisions of the Act sanctioning the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad by the Transferor Entities and Transferee Entity.
