Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd Secures Rs 1171.21 Crore Contract from Skymax Infra Power Limited

Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, previously known as KBC Global Limited, has announced that it has received work contracts of an aggregate value of approximately Rs 1171.21 crore from Skymax Infra Power Limited. The contracts, which relate to EPC works and supply & installation at Orvakal Industrial Park, Andhra Pradesh, are scheduled for execution up to March 31, 2027. A significant portion of the contract scope, approximately 80% of the total value, relates to international procurement of plant and machinery, which will be undertaken through the Company’s subsidiary entities. The revenues and liabilities arising from these subsidiaries will be consolidated in the financial statements of Dharan Infra-EPC Limited, in accordance with Ind-AS and applicable accounting standards.
