EIH LTD. to Invest Rs. 254 Crores in Mixed Use Project in Pune

EIH LTD. has approved an investment to develop a mixed use project in Pune, estimated at Rs. 972 crores. The project includes a 175-key Trident Hotel and commercial development with office space and food and beverage focused retail outlets. The total commercial space amounts to 4.08 lacs sq. ft. The project is expected to commence operations in Q1 FY 2029-30. The company will become a 51% shareholder in the Target Company, Muttha Towers II Private Limited, which was incorporated in 2019 and owns a 1.70-acre land parcel. The Target Company's total assets were Rs. 175 cr. as on 31 March 2024.
