Enviro Infra Engineers Acquires EIE Renewables for ₹ 50 Crores

Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares of EIE Renewables Private Limited, making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The acquisition, valued at ₹ 50 Crores, is a related party transaction with Promoter Directors, Sanjay Jain and Manish Jain, holding 50,000 shares each in the Target Company. The Company plans to invest an additional ₹ 49.90 Crores in the Target Company through fresh allotment in one or more tranches.
