Fortis Healthcare Subsidiary Wins Bid for SRL Trademarks in Delhi High Court Auction

Fortis Healthcare Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Agilus Diagnostics Limited, has emerged as the successful bidder in a public auction conducted by the Delhi High Court for the sale of SRL Trademarks ('SRL Marks'). The auction was held to satisfy a decree in favor of Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited, following a Singapore arbitral tribunal award. Agilus bid INR 8 crores for the SRL Marks and has already deposited the entire amount. The Delhi High Court has allowed Daiichi's application for confirmation of sale and withdrawal of the deposited amount.
