Genpharmasec Ltd has entered into a Super Stockist agreement with Amneal Healthcare Private Limited. As per the agreement, Genpharmasec will sell Amneal's products to wholesale and retail pharmacists. Amneal has committed to providing Genpharmasec with a minimum annual sales commitment of approximately INR 60 Crores for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
