Globe Civil Projects Ltd. has adopted a Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, as required by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Code of Conduct applies to all Employees, Directors, Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and Connected Persons. The objective of the Code is to regulate, monitor and report trading by these persons in securities of the Company. The Compliance Officer is responsible for setting forth policies, procedures, monitoring adherence to the rules, maintaining a record of the Designated Persons and assisting in addressing any clarifications regarding the SEBI Regulations and the Company's Code of Conduct.
