Info Edge (India) Ltd. Announces 1:5 Equity Share Split

Info Edge (India) Ltd. has fixed the Record Date as May 07, 2025, for the sub-division/split of the Equity Shares of the Company. The existing Equity Shares with a face value of Rs. 10/- each will be sub-divided into 5 Equity Shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- each. The decision was made following the approval granted by the Members through Postal Ballot on April 11, 2025. The Board Meeting, which started at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 9:10 a.m. today, also approved this decision.

• The Record Date for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders has been fixed as May 07, 2025.
• The decision was made following the approval granted by the Members through Postal Ballot on April 11, 2025.
• The Board Meeting, which started at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 9:10 a.m. today, also approved this decision.
