The facility is strategically located near New Delhi and the upcoming Jewar Airport, and features two operational warehouses with a combined area of ~0.2 million square feet. The company also owns a land bank of ~130 acres. The implementation of the resolution plan is subject to the terms of the Letter of Intent and necessary approvals from the NCLT and other regulatory authorities.
